Repair or Replace?
Ibanez AW54CE, ~5 years old. ~$350. Despite the dustiness, everything on the body is pretty much in perfect condition (except for being in two pieces).
A few years ago I dropped it down a few stairs and pretty much thought it was done for. As far as I can tell, the truss rod is intact, and most of the wood stayed on the guitar (instead of splintering off). I had a random surge of inspiration it might be worth trying to repair.
Is it worth trying to repair- even within $50 of the original price? Are the electronics/pickups worth anything if take them out?
