Hello All!

I recently checked my CSU job applications & ive sent over 47 applications in 2.5 years all of which ive never heard back from. I have no connections I recently graduated with my Masters in School Counseling and would love to land a role at any High Education institution even if its Private, CC, trade Etc.

Can someone give me some pointers.

Am I doing something wrong on my resume.

I am in LA area potentially open to soooo many colleges.
