Will anything ever work for my back pain? Would literally do anything to cure it.
I’m a 25-year-old male and have been experiencing lower back pain on the left side for the past two years. I used to be very active—going to the gym daily, running on weekends, and playing badminton regularly.
Two years ago, after a gym session, I felt a slight pain in my lower back. I ignored it for a few days, but it gradually worsened. Fast forward to today, I am unable to sit for even 10 minutes without discomfort. I don’t have pain in my legs or glutes—only in the lower left side of my back. Sometimes, that area also feels numb.
I have tried back stretching, visited chiropractors, and consulted multiple orthopedic specialists. My MRI shows a mild bulge at L5-S1. Three different orthopedic specialists have given the same advice: there’s nothing severe in the MRI, and the pain should improve with stretching and lower back exercises.
I have been following this advice consistently and even completed 3–4 months of physiotherapy, but I haven’t found any relief. Please help!!
