Managed to get the Phantom 5.5 Black (35’ RH) for a low price in comparison to retail, £450 new. Wondering if I should customise it or leave it stock what do people think?

Had a mess around on the design lab and i’m really not sure what combination to do there’s so many and does it even look better than the all white accents 🤔🤔

Tried new cable, bluetooth, WIFI etc, it does it on any type of connection form any device wether it be a phone or TV. It’s coming form the left side of the speaker it’s been a thing for around two years but don’t really use this room often and if i do i’ll leave it on low volume for 10/15 mins until it sorts its self out. After 15 mins the crackling and high pitch noises fade out and eventually disappear completely.

Any idea what it may be anyone and how to go about getting it repaired?
