Second interviewer no-showed my Anduril panel — is this common?
Had a panel interview at Anduril today, first interviewer showed up fine, but the second one never joined — I waited 11 minutes past the scheduled time with no communication until I reached out to the recruiter myself. They rescheduled for Tuesday. Has anyone experienced this with Anduril or other defense tech companies and is it typically just a one off or something to read into?

Panel Interview Tips for Senior Avionics Tech

Hey all I’m at the final stage which is the panel interview via zoom for a senior avionics tech position. Any ideas on what type of questions I’ll be asked / any tips will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Anduril changed my title from Senior to regular Avionics Tech mid-process — worried they'll lowball me even though I stated my number early. Anyone experience this?

Here's where I'm at: Applied for Senior Avionics Flight Test Technician. Recruiter screen went well, pushed to hiring manager same day. Hiring manager said I'm a good fit but the role requires 8+ years — I don't have that so they offered to keep me in the process under the regular Avionics Technician title and said the pay would be the same.
Currently at step 5 of 7 — Team Screen. Panel interview is next. From day one I told the recruiter I'm looking at $53-55/hr and nobody pushed back. Senior role range was $47-55, regular role tops out at $54.

Offer Negotiations

Has anyone had any luck with anduril while negotiating offers? If so were you able to negotiate both RSU and starting pay?

Has anyone had experience leaving a job before completing their PPL obligation period?

Has anyone had experience leaving a job before completing their PPL obligation period?

A job opportunity literally just fell in my lap and I'm torn. I already took PPL and signed the obligation agreement form, but I'm only a few weeks in and haven't hit the 12-week mark yet.

I know I technically agreed to stay for a certain period after taking the leave, but I'm wondering — how serious is HR actually about enforcing this? Has anyone been in a similar situation? Did they:

- Ask you to pay back the PPL?
- Let it slide with a conversation?
- Make it difficult with references or your record?

I don't want to burn bridges but this opportunity is too good to pass up. Any insight or personal experience would be super helpful. TIA 🙏

Applied for Senior Avionics Flight Test Technician at Anduril. Had a 15 min recruiter screen Monday, he said my resume matches really well and that he was pushing me to the hiring manager for consideration. Sent a thank you email same day. It's now Thursday and nothing.

Background: 5 years flight test instrumentation, active TS clearance. Asked for $53-55/hr, recruiter didn't push back.

Is 3 days normal for Anduril's hiring process or does silence usually mean they went another direction? Anyone been through their hiring process before?

I’m a 27-year-old government tech employee with a strong benefits and retirement package, currently earning $83k per year. I’m considering a switch to Anduril at $105k base salary. The role would add about 40 minutes to my daily round-trip commute.

My plan is to stay at Anduril for a couple of years to gain the pay bump and relevant experience, then return to government service. I’m married with a toddler and we just bought a new house, so stability, work-life balance, and family time are major priorities.

Would this move be worth it? Key factors I’m weighing include the net financial gain after the longer commute and potential differences in benefits/retirement contributions, the intensity of the work culture at a fast-paced defense tech company, and how easy (or risky) it might be to return to government with a higher salary.

Any insights on total compensation at Anduril (including equity/RSUs, bonuses, or benefits)
