Cosa è successo tra questi due mesi per giustificare questo aumento?

I've been trying to get the Ottoman empire achievements and the best setup is probably having a Central Powers run (which would also be fun and not a pain in the ass too). Austria puts Otto quite consistently on the throne, but out of 30 runs the outcome of oppose Hitler is Constitutional Monarchy 80% of the times and Communist the other 20%, I have never seen them put Willy in charge.

Is it scripted so that Germany never does that? Or is the AI enable to put unaligned support above 40%?

I have no idea how to survive Germany with only Austria and Hungary on my side.
