Celestron HD Edge 8

Hi all, I haven’t had a telescope since I was 10 but like all of you have continued to be completely captivated by the stars and all that is out there.

I bought the scope in the title and have had moderate success. I can’t seem to find any much instruction that blends the basic camera mechanics/setup with the same for the scope that will take me to the next level…

Using a T6 rebel and the best thing I’ve gotten was a few subpar lunar pics.

I’m pissed at myself for not knowing enough to get the most out of this setup. I feel like I should’ve bought a seestar for 25% of the price. I see the long exposures it produces and just kick myself. I’d estimate I’ve spent maybe 15-20 hours getting bug bitten in SWFL and watched another 3-4 hours of YouTube but still am pretty lost…

Any info is much appreciated!
