Out of curiosity, how many billable hours are you expected to hit each month?

My firm has never explicitly given us a requirement, but everyone knows they'd like us to bill 100+ hours a month. I'm curious what your firm's expectation is and what you're actually billing.

I'm also very pregnant, and my billing has definitely been slipping lately. Seeing exactly how productive (or unproductive) I've been each month has been... discouraging. I've been billing around 80–90 hours a month the past few months, and I feel like a failure. 🥲
