Cross country

I'm doing into 8th grade at a new school and I've always kind of wanted to do cross country. I wouldn't say I'm the best runner (ran a 7:29 mile in PE last year) I don't train running and my main sport is swim. I would say I'm pretty good at swim and I had a great season last year and really want to just lock in this year and get even faster. I think if I do cross country it might be too much because I swim every day from 5-7:30 and cross country would be 4 days a week 3:30-5:00 and then I would also have meets. That just seems like a big commitment and I really do enjoy running and want to make new friends and stuff (although from the looks of it there are no girls in my grade doing it this year) I will also be taking 4 high school classes on top of that and just don't know what to do. The cross country distance is 2 miles I think and I'm not even sure if I can do that with hills and stuff. Should I just wait for track season to see how running as a whole is or what should I do? Im just really worried I'm going to burn out and over commit myself because with all those practices that doesn't leave much time for homework and other things. Another problem is track is in the championship season of swim so I can't really miss any swim practices. Please help!

Cross country vs swim

EDIT: for clarification I do club swim so it's a lot more demanding than a school sport

Good mile times?

Okay, I'm in 7th grade (just turned 13) and I wanted to do cross country next year. Ive never run before and have never practiced or trained cross country and only run a mile like once lol. That mile was today and I ran a 7:29 making me the fastest girl in my grade (I go to a small school with some kinda unathletic people so wasn't hard to beat.) the girl behind me goes a 7:40 so a pretty decent gap. Do you think I have good potential to be good at cross country or should I not get my hopes up too high?

Bad posture

I get made fun of a lot for having bad posture and I feel like whenever I walk past mirror it's really not any worse than anyone else's so I don't quite get it. Every time I look into fixing my posture I always hear the same thing "strengthen your p back muscles🙄" As someone who swims competitively at an elite level for 2 hours a day, I would say I have a very strong back😅. I was wondering if there is a better way to fix this and also if maybe my back is like just too big? I know that question sounds stupid but my back is larger than most people's because its muscular so maybe my posture is more apparent because it sticks out more. Can someone let me know if that's a thing? I really hate my swimmers body though because my arms look so big and I have friends who always squish them. In photos them and my shoulders look so disproportional compared to the rest of my body and it really bothers me, why are my shoulders so much wider than the rest of my body? This kind of turned into a vent but if anyone has any thoughts on the posture thing that would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!
