Bench lower back "issue"?

Hey ! I've been benching for a year, and lately i'm noticing that when i do single (1RM) ect my lower back kindoff "tighten", my actual 1rm is 100Kg, when i go past 95kg and really use my leg drive, my lower back always feel bad after...

Its not like it "hurt" but i feel like its really contracting way too much.

My technique is ok, i dont lift my ass, or arch like crazy at all, so any clues are welcome. Thank you !

ESP32 WLED everything reseting when unpluging

Hey !

I've made an ambilight for my screen using an ESP32 from aliexpres, WLED, SignalRGB and some adressable LEDs

i've plugged it, installed WLED, connected it, it worked PERFECTLY !

But... When i reboot my computer, reconnect the esp, go on the website to config it, it has reseted. Number of leds, and other stuff are all set to defaults, so i gotta re setup everything every time i reboot my computer, even the wifi have to be re connected. Any idea?

Hello, I’ve got a question concerning my squat
I’ve been training for powerlifting for approximately a year
And I’ve stoped squating due to back pain and I’m now starting again, but when squating I’ve got a pain in my lower/mid back which I assume is due to me arching my back when squating, I can keep my back about straight as long as I’m not going too deep but when I want to go for a comp squat I get that pain

- I’m squating fairly wide
- I was squating very low bar and am now squating low bar but not that low

If anyone have any clue where this pain might come from please help 😭

If it can help I can film my form, haven’t done it in a long time.

Thanks !
