Should I just wait to start playing?

Just bought ITR2 on standalone in the sale, but seeing all the buzz on the 1.0 release makes me wonder if there's any point in starting the game before the 27th. Seeing lots of posts about PCVR losing save files. Thoughts?

B6 Pro backspace issue

Really want to love the keyboard, but the backspace consistently goes too far back. I'm constantly deleting periods and the last letter of words accidentally. It's like it's deleting a double space instead of single. Is there a way to program or fix this with the Launcher software?

Need advice on next steps

I'll try to make this as brief as I can. Since 2023 I've had mildly elevated ALT (40s-50s). In April 2024 my GP sent me to a specialist. I had a biopsy and fibrotest. He found fatty liver with minimal fibrosis and just recommended diet and exercise. I turned it around on labs September 2024 and have been more or less good with diet (exercise, spotty, doing my best with working long hours). Truthfully had been getting a little slacker with diet, etc, but in May of this year ALT/AST both shot through the roof (300s!!) Got sent to the ER despite no symptoms (they were very puzzled why I was there). Just had 3-week lab followup after religiously exercising (mostly biking and hiking) and eating well, lost about 8 pounds (also discontinued my statin as a possible culprit), with no change. Now I have a referral to a GI specialist.

Of course I'm demoralized to see no progress, but can't help thinking 3 weeks isn't long enough to expect any. I'm due to see the specialist in another 2 weeks and I'm afraid they'll want another biopsy (which I can't afford. I'll be paying off the ER visit for the next 2 years as it is). Should I reschedule for later in the year or at least see what they think?
