How can I repair something that can never be replaced?

-but has had their heart stripped from them.

Someone who wants to hold you
-but cannot reach you.

Someone who promised never to betray your trust again
-but can never seem to be believed.

Someone who has been giving you the truth
-but cannot make you believe it.

Someone who still wants only you
-but may never have that privilege again.

Someone who would never give up on you
-but is powerless to prove it.

Someone who is waiting for you
-but is missing so many precious moments.

Someone who is desperate to talk to you
-but has been pushed so far away.

Someone who has learned the lessons
-but is no longer able to be seen.

Someone who would die for you
-but fears they may never be remembered

Someone who is still here
carrying everything they learned, everything they regret, and everything they still feel.
