visa staff are being least helpful :/ can someone pls help?
i recently applied for kyrgz visa, and my application was returned because an invitation letter was not attached. the reason i did this was i saw couple of posts on reddit and on youtube that people are applying without LOI and were able to get it. so i uploaded my employment documents and itinerary expecting they would accept it. but i was also expecting if this would not go through ill get an LOI later.
but following this my application was returned without the LOI (and it said it was not rejected, but im not sure if this part is lost in translation).
anyway i have now received the required invitation letter, but i am unable to access my application to upload the document because i have not received the security code to my email (i have checked the spam and everything). i messaged the visa team on whatsapp that i need the security code or at least provide me an alternative mean to send my LOI and their responses are extremely vague + quite (i understand they are a busy team but responses like “.” and flagging previous messages are least helpful, i am quite concerned about my visa because i need it in exact 2 weeks time for my trip to go ahead. ill attach some screenshots of their responses.
pls help me out if you’ve got any clue what to do in this situation
