I have a Masterbuilt Pro vertical smoker, free to a good home. It’s propane fired and has a pan for wood chips or chunks. The on-board, ambient thermometer is still accurate and the air flow is pretty easy to manage, once you get the hang of it.

I’ve made everything from chicken thighs to Texas brisket to Thanksgiving turkeys in this thing, and it’s been a champion.

It’s filthy and I don’t want to clean it, hence the low price of FREE, but it’s a great rig.
