How to do this type of angle ranking

I bought the extra tests and I swear 11/15 were something like this on one of the tests on booster. What’s the best way to approach this type of angle ranking?

School list

I have a bachelors in biomedical engineering 3.5 gpa masters in biomedical engineering 3.8 gpa. Dat score 400 AA and am retaking in June but I want to apply with my old score June 1. i am a Virginia resident, don’t know if any of these are not OOS friendly. I have this list of schools focusing on low cost and accepting of low DAT scores. Are there good? Are there any schools im missing that switch to instate tuition after first year?
