January Babymoon Thoughts?

Planning a 4-night babymoon for my husband and me early Jan, flying from Boston. I’ll be late 2nd/early 3rd trimester. Any thoughts on where we should go?? For context... This is my second pregnancy (first was uncomplicated - for purposes of this question assume this one is too and that my doctor is comfortable with all of these destinations)

Given direct flight availability from BOS, our best options a seem to be Puerto Rico, Bahamas, Aruba, St. John/St. Thomas, Scottsdale.

Priorities are relaxing, spa, walks/short hikes, food, etc. We are very good golfers so golf is a perk (hence Scottsdale in the running despite the appeal of a tropical January getaway). We generally prefer luxury/boutique-ish properties but are hoping to keep the hotel at max $900/night - so don't really have the budget for Ritz/4 Seasons at >$1K/night.

Royal Isabela in Puerto Rico (though at the very top of our budget), and Camelback-area resorts in Scottsdale are looking like our favorite hotel options so far.

Would love to hear from anyone who has done a babymoon or similar trip to these places.... especially what you loved, what you wouldn't do again, and which you'd pick for a 4-night January trip! Very open to hear about what we might be overlooking as well!!
