What disaster ended Pointlessfest?

I was reading this interview with Erik Petersen (Mischief Brew) and he laments about a fiasco that ended "pointlessfest" in Philly but neither him nor the interviewer explain exactly what happened. He just hints at a clash with Philly cops. Does anyone have any insight on this? It's near the bottom of this article Mischief Brew: Punk-Rock is a Three Chord Underground Circus . I couldn't find anything from a quick google search.

I was considering going and wondering if anyone else was thinking about going. Happy to split a rental car, comp for gas, etc. Admission is $30 for a day of historical demos, shanties, and a performance from folk punk band the Dreadnoughts. There's a few local groups performing there too (from Alexandria and Maryland.)
