Azure Dragon Festival Rerun?

Any ideas or speculations on when the next Azure Dragon Festival Rerun is? The Chief Disciple skin is just so MAJESTIC—I would genuinely drop money on this game for the first time.

Is it just me or does lucas' summer training skin a bit lacking in the special effects aspect?

I do like the lucas spinning and all but compare to the default? Its been like this for a while now. Especially with Jenny, the shooting star skin doesnt have enough special effects compared to the Straw Hat skin and even the default skin. Or is it just me?
