I'm a new player (only played for about a week, haven't even entered the jungle), and I was wondering if the books ever contain any useful information. I've noticed some of the books are only one line, and others I've seen have been over 100 pages. Do I actually have to know what they say at all?
Also, what's the difference between the white- and gold-colored books?
The number next to my "projects" tab is more than zero finally! This is unprecedented to the point where I'm getting decision paralysis. Maybe DA likes me after all.
Super happy to say that I finally hit this milestone as a generalist. This was originally just supposed to be a summer gig, but I think I'll continue with it during the academic year. Thank you, DA!
There have been a couple instances recently where I've worked for 2-3 hours on a task, was unable to generate a model failure, and just exited the task instead of using the escape hatch. I feel like I'm missing out on earnings, and the escape hatch says to "not use it more than once per day." If I use the escape hatch just once, is that going to harm my chances of seeing a project in that family again?
River!!!!! Hundreds of tasks and I will do all of them. Marathon time.
I clicked on two separate project families earlier and realized I didn't have sufficient time to complete them. So, I skipped or exited work mode (whichever was available). Is this harming my chances to see projects from that family in the future?
Finally!! Got 2 tasks done in about 2.5 hours. Bit rusty so I had to refresh myself on the directions. Hopefully this is a sign that the pace of projects is picking back up.
