Where to buy in Lancashire?
(30M)Looking to buy my first house in Lancashire with a budget of around £180k. Looking for opinions of local areas as I have no connection to any towns near by and my search is quite broad.
What I’m looking for :
- 2 bedroom terrace with garden and parking(road parking is fine)
- Decent commute to Swinton(Salford)
- Easily accessible to Manchester (drive & train)
- Decent drive to Preston (gf lives here)
- Some okay local amenities
Areas I’m looking at:
- Ramsbottom (maybe slightly out of budget)
- Horwich
- Radcliffe
I viewed some lovely houses in Chorley but was not convinced by the area, felt a bit deprived.
Any advice on where I should look or shouldn’t look is welcome, thanks
