Made breakfast burritos for the family this morning. Starting the potatoes on the stove then baking them made them crunchy on the outside and soft in the center.

½ an onion hidden in the sausage, cooked down so you cant even see them.

Ginger and onion in there too, pretty good stuff.

This is a good reminder to just cook with it, it'll be alright guys. I love making soups/stews in iron.

I feel like i didnt have enough water in the dough, the tortillad came out really thick, still pliable and taste great though. Vinegar based sauce in the pan cause you outta just cook with it
