This started as a garage. Two-story ADU in San Carlos, from the ground up.
San Diego build. Two story over the old garage footprint, bedrooms up top.
First picture is where we started, last one is where we are this week — windows and stucco wrap going on.
Happy to answer questions on permits, setbacks, or how we keep a tight site on a residential street.
