High blood pressure increase with no explanation
Hi, I am not a good writer but I’ll try my best.
I am 40 year old male that has hereditary high blood pressure. I was off meds for the longest time and went back to the dr in January, they put me on metoprolol and hydrochlorothiazide(?). My reading at the dr was 138/84
Since then I’ve lost 29 lbs, quit vaping, and drastically changed my diet.
I just got out of the hospital bc my home reading was 198/134 at the hospital the highest reading was 180/110 and I just went to the dr again today and the best reading was 161/95. Bloodwork completely normal.
What the hell is going on? The doctor just added larsotan and said come back in two weeks. I’m having panic attacks daily.
