Hello all! Long story short I was thrown into a sink or swim situation and have only worked here 11 months and am now a meat department manager. I have had no training and feel like I am constantly letting my store down no matter how hard I try. My assistant has years of experience managing meat departments at sprouts pre covid and I feel he would be better fit after I get him reacquainted to the store. Does anyone know off the top of their head how much the pay decrease is for stepping down?
I don’t want to ask my store manager to avoid him freaking out and the other DM are major gossips.
