are masters offers still being sent out?

has anyone that applied to a masters programme of CDS heard back? its been forever of "Please wait for review" and they aren't willing to say much over email either :/

applied to masters programme december 1. no aptitude test, no interview and not even waitlist 😭 should i just consider it a rejection atp?

applied for msc in data science and msc statistics in december. no interview or aptitude test since then, status is still under review. should i just consider it a rejection atp?
