Any recommendations of a broker for a new agent like me to join?

Any recommendations for non-cloud brokers to join here in Los Angeles or San Francisco?

I've had my California MLO license for a couple of years now, and I'm finally ready to put it to work. I'm hoping to find the right broker to start with—somewhere that offers real training, honest transparency, and a true path to success, not just a desk to fill. If you know a place like that, I'd love to hear about it!
