We love watching Prey walk into mines onscreen/offscreen they can't destroy and get that kill confirmed notification lol.
I know people have expressed their frustrations with this season in bits and pieces but I want to make a post that addresses Major Issues of the season (minor issues are fine too) especially some that seemingly nobody really talks about. Some of the biggest issues I've seen is:
. Bloating/cheating the system to get to ranks where one doesn't belong via Friend exploitation i.e E,D,C and low B rank players friending A/S rank players and smuggling themselves into A/S rank matches where the low rank players are effectively deadweight and relies on the other 3 teammates to carry them. If they win then they get a massive amount of rank points bypassing the system to get to high ranks in no time flat.
(Suggestion)
. Prevent people from playing together in ranked matches if their ranks aren't close i.e D/C/low B rank can't play with A/S rank but B1 can play with A4 but B1 can't play with A3,A2 and A1 etc.
(Problem)
This season has been what I like to call Quitter Crybaby season. Too many times I've seen in Solo Queue bad players repeat the same pattern of mistakes, get mad and go Afk or spam Surrender button. Some of these patterns of mistakes are:
. Running into a 2vs1 at the start of the match and getting instantly deleted (repeatedly) instead of pulling back.
. Letting Lanemates get 2vs1 while farming minor enemies and getting deleted two seconds later after their lane mate leaving the tower and lane/exp resources wide open for the enemy.
. Lack of Map Awareness (mini map) to track enemies and bosses.
. Showing up late to bosses and getting deleted because they think they can snatch the boss at the last second (this is possible but Rare)
. Ignoring pings (I know they can be abused but you get what i mean)
If there are other know/unknown problems let's put them here and hopefully Toshi and Co. Can see this and hopefully do something about these issues.
What Kind of Nonsense is This!?
I know a lot of you have been playing the game for a good while now and are probably in high ranks (I main Krillin 100%) its Hell :( anyways I wanted to know what everyone sees that bad players/teammates are doing to cost the match and how can we explain to them how to get better? For me its the lack of Map Awareness and ignoring team pings especially if someone is requesting help.
