This month I made my 120th payment and submitted the PSLF form. My employer usually signs the Pslf form within a day of submission but this time they said they did not receive it after several days. I double checked the email address and it was correct. I tried updating the address in the form within the same correct address and checked with my employer a few days later and they still have not received it. I thought about manually submitting but the form says that can take months to process. Is anyone else having a similar problem? Any advice?
