Hello!

I have my sweet OES for over 7 years! We are considering getting a puppy, but having a hard time finding a good one that will leave the pup intact. Does anyone know of good breeders who don’t remove the tails shortly after birth.

I’ve asked a few really lovely breeders if they would consider leaving a tail on one for us, but they simply say that all the pups get docked within days of birth, almost like there is nothing they can do about it. We are not interesting in showing a dog, just prefer a pooch with a tail.

Thanks in advance for any tips! We are in NY area, but willing to do a bit of travel 😁
