im losing my faith fr

Sorry in advance for the long post :/

So I'm on season 8 of Smallville right now. It's my first time watching and I've just gotten to the episode where Lana comes back.

I'm like a really, really, really huge Clois shipper, like across all media. I barely held on until the episode where Lois finally came into the show. And ever since then I've been like living off of crumbs regarding any kind of love story between the two. Like the occasional glance and look between them.

And that's all well and good, and I love a good slow burn, but is it just me, or is Clark not in love with Lois at all like up until this moment in season 8? I also just can't see him being in love with her. Like she's a really good friend and he loves her as a friend, but he doesn't take her seriously as a love interest. And I'm seeing the difference between the looks he shares with her and the way he looks at Lana, and he's like a lovesick puppy with Lana. And with Lois, he's amused and exasperated and whatever. And yeah, she's funny and all that, but how could he ever be in love with her like he is with Lana? I don't see that happening.

And it kind of also can't erase the fact that he just left her there on the dance floor. They were about to kiss. That's supposed to be your soulmate. Like, across all universes and timelines, it's supposed to be Lois and Clark. But he can just forget about her as soon as Lana walks in. Like I'm kind of losing my mind over this.

I don't even like Lana that much, but she's a queen for telling him that maybe they're not meant to be.

I can't stand Clark at this point, he's so whiny and annoying, and I don't even want to be rooting for them because Lois deserves so much better than him.

I've read all about the Clana shippers that are saying that he settled for Lois because he couldn't have Lana. And I was like yeah, whatever. We all know Clois is endgame, and I wasn't taking them too seriously. But now I can see that that's actually true. He's gonna settle for her.

From what I've heard, it's gonna be a case of it being impossible for him and Lana to be together, and then he's gonna go to Lois. And that's horrible for me. I can't ship that.

Like what the fuck is wrong with him? I'm actually so pissed at Clark. He's not good enough for Lois. I'm literally offended for her that he's treating her like that.

I don't even want to keep going. I know it's just gonna be a few episodes and then Lana's gonna be gone for good and he's gonna redouble his efforts for Lois. I don't really know any future Clois scenes and what's to come.

Obviously they're gonna get together. But I feel like it's not gonna erase those years where he didn't look at Lois twice or at least the way he looks at Lana. If anything, now that I'm looking back on it, it's more like a look of lust every time I notice something between them. It's not the same way he looks at Lana.

I'm losing my mind actually, I can't keep watching. And now it's like four episodes of just Lana and Clark and no Lois. Like, I can't do it omg help!!!

TLDR

I'm losing my faith in Clois as a lifelong shipper, please just tell me he doesn't "settle" for her after Lana leaves him, like everyone says 😭

cumulative dose

can somebody tell me what their cumulative dose actually was? i keep hearing different numbers form everyone online and even my two dermatologists dont agree lol

i (f) weigh 60kg and ive been taking 20mg for the past two months

id like to keep that dosage because the side effects are really manageable but i would consider moving up if its gonna take like an extremely long time on 20

accutane shortage

hi i live in germany and my doctor just told me that there's been an accutane shortage for a few weeks and all of the pharmacies ran out of the pills lmao

ive only been taking them for two months,so how long do yall reckon i can go without, before my progress "resets"?

my doctor told me its probably fine, for weeks even, but has anyone experienced a few weeks of voluntary or involuntary "withdrawal" themselves?

too old for accutane

The title may be a little misleading.

I'm 29 years old (f) and I know I'm not too old physically to take accutane. But I feel like it's too late for me just because I've already wasted my 20s with my acne and the insecurities that come with it. Like who cares, if it clears up now that I'm "old".

I really, really wish I had known about it earlier and taken it when my acne first started to get really bad, which was when I was only 23 years old.

So many wasted years of what should've been my peak attractiveness, especially as a woman.

Does anyone else feel like that?
