What homeopathy can I give my 4 year old for sinus drainage?

We all managed to catch covid last week. My 4 year old is basically over it, except for sinus drainage that she keeps sniffing and coughing out. The problem is that she's supposed to have surgery next week, and if she's still coughing too much, we'll have to reschedule. She wakes up every morning, and has to cough all of the junk out. And she continues to sniff and cough throughout the day. We have her drink water to loosen it up, but obviously on surgery day, we won't be able to do that. So I'm trying to find a way to clear it up as much as possible beforehand. So what can we do to try and get this all cleared up?

How am I supposed to bake potatoes without aluminum foil?

Like the title says. Apparently, aluminum foil is also toxic now. So how am I supposed to make baked potatoes, and especially sweet potatoes, without aluminum foil? They get so soft inside the aluminum foil, and I've never had success just roasting on a baking sheet.

Customizing Bluey Figures. What paint and putty should I use?

If this isn't the right sub for this, please let me know (and direct me somewhere better.) I'm artsy. Years ago, I came across videos of people modifying figurines and action figures, and I thought it was cool, but I don't collect anything like this, so I catalogued it away in the recesses of cool artsy things in my brain.

Now, I've got a little who loves Bluey and playing with the playsets. There seems to be a Bluey, Bingo, and often a Chili and Bandit with every set. But you have to search for secondary characters, and often get even more Blueys in the process.

Since I'm not collecting, and just want to give my kid different characters to play with, I've been considering turning some of our extras into other characters. Like painting bandit to make him Stripe or Nana. And turning a chili into Trixie or or Brandy. But some of these would require a putty to build hair, etc. Like Rad and Frisky.

So basically, what products do I use? What type of air dry/cure putty can I use, and what type of paint will have minimal chipping and flaking, since this is to be used as a children's toy? And any other advice would be helpful.
