My wife and I were at a retail store and she needed to use the restroom. She went in and did her business. When she stood up to pull up her pants, the automatic flusher went off and sprayed all over her covering her in waist. Her shirt, pants, and head was covered in sewage. She even slipped and hit her back on the stall. We went home and showered her off but she still spent the night puking. My wife has a weak immune system and has been feeling really sick since the incident. I really don't know what to do in this situation. I don't know if we should sue or what steps to take in that direction. Any advice would be appreciated.
