really intense episode I have never experienced anything like it. Is this normal with dpdr?

Hello everyone, this morning I had a really strong episode at 7 am, nothing, absolutely nothing felt real, everything seemed distorted I was on 'extreme' autopilot, when I walked it was like I could only feel my face and arms and the rest of the body wasn't there but then if I touched my face I felt almost nothing. Stuff I was doing 3 seconds before felt as if happened years before or never happened. Obviously I then had a moment of pure dread before luckily alling back to sleep. I don't know if it's because I went to sleep at 1 am and only slept 6 hours up to that point or because 7 am is usually the time I wake up to go to school.

It was really intense and I have never experienced anything as terrifying.

Feeling like in a drem 24/7 any suggestions?

Hello, I have dpdr for about 3 years now, I kind of got used to it but I had a very stressful year (which caused a panick attack) so now it's more intense. There was a period of time where I felt better after the panick attack but then I went for 1 entire month on holiday in a place with no ac and 35/38 degrees during the day in the house and 30/32 during the night (degrees celsius), prior to that I already had a week of basically no sleep which had worsened my simptoms but I hd almost recovered. That month is where everything went downhill, I had a n anxiety attack, I was sick and started hving a lot of jamais vu. Now I'm back home with A/C and I am trying to go to sleep earlier (for now I can't go to sleep before about 1 am), and confront my 'agoraphobia' by going outside every single day. I live with a person who is currently sick (low pressure) and seeing them almost not being able to walk really makes me feel bad, I don't know if that could influence the fact that I now have a 24/7 pretty strong feeling of being in a dream and on autopilot, even right now as I type this. The other symptoms I used to have (except for the jamais vu) seem to be less intense but the dreamlike feeling is really scaring me. I hope that someone here has some suggestions or things that make them feel better. (I forgot to mention that this is the period where the vacation is about to end so it could be a factor). Thank you for listening to me.

Struggling now that I'm back home

So, now that I'm on holiday, I've been on vacation with my friends for a week barely getting any sleep almost every night, so, obviously, my derealization got much worse once I got back home. I was starting to feel better but then I had to leave again this time for 1 month. The temperature was very high all day so I started feeling worse again and also had an anxiety attack, finally after the first two weeks there I was getting used to being there and, again, I started feeling better. Now that I'm back at home I feel weird, my vision is clear but feels 'zoomed in' and I still kind of fell that layer between me and my surroundings. When I go outside I feel weird and 'unsafe' and when I see people that I've known all of my life they feel off and different even though I can't tell what feels different about them. I was wondering if anyone else experiences these feeling because (especially the one about people feeling different) they are unpleasant and I'm afraid they won't go away.

Sometimes feeling as if one arm was weaker than the other

Hello, I have been struggling with dpdr and diagnosed somatized anxiety and I was wondering if anyone else ever has this really annoying feeling of one arm feeling weaker than the other, I just had a neurological visit and they excluded neurological causes for all of these strange feelings that I have with anxiety but this one really scares me, does anyone else relate?

visual alterations

Does anyone else have simptoms like intensified after image so that even you you look at something for a few seconds you have after image, visual snow like vision, a weird perception of depth when in open spaces and having difficulty to stare at something at times, it's so weird. I have been to an eye doctor and nothing emerged from it.
