drew’s past due credit card documents

the documents above show that drew’s being sued by a debt buyer (LVNV). LVNV is suing drew for his unpaid credit card debt

drew made at least one payment, the last payment of $29 was made on april 15 2024. the account was bought off by LVNV on november 18 2024 with a balance of $811.64- 119.37 in interest and $309 in fees. the original amount owed before interest and fees was only $383.27 (his limit on the card was $400).

they write that they believe drew resides in multnomah county- they don’t know his current address, which likely means drew is unaware he’s being sued.

des’s eviction - update

hi! i called into the court hearing so you didn’t have to!

andrew, des’s partner, attended. the hearing was v quick- under 10 minutes. the judge gave them until 10/19/26 at 11:59 p.m. to be out. if they’re out by then, the landlord’s attorney will file the necessary papers with the court, and the court will dismiss the eviction

update- des’s eviction

desiraye and her partner, andrew, have put in a “request for hearing and a motion to stay.”

what this means:
the eviction has been paused. the judge will look into the matter and potentially reconsider the case. a hearing will be held where the landlord will speak, and des will have an opportunity to speak as well. a decision will then be made about whether des can stay or if the landlord can proceed with the eviction.

attached are the documents. on the slide, des explains to the court why she shouldn’t be evicted-she states that they’ve made payments, the bathroom has mold that causes illness, and are communicative with management.
