Is there anyone in this Biome that could stop Troy if he decides to stop holding back like he did with Triangle?

I've begun making artwork for Mowcuss' backatory as I've thought it all out

This depicts Mowcuss during the development of the Router, at this point he'd been living in isolation at the biomes for years trying and failing countless times before finally succeeding with the Router, his dedication and ambition got to the point where one failed Router exploded in his hand and took his eye as a result and yet he remained refusing to return to the Concepts Domain
