my poco x8 pro freezes and overheats excessively when recording videos

i cant record right now, but when i try to record a video at 4k 30fps (i havent tested other qualities), my phone starts freezing and overheating VERY much, after 2 seconds of recording it just freezes. this just happened (it wasnt the first time) and i had to force a restart. can anyone help me

what could these artifacts be on my poco x8 pro camera?

ive had my poco x8 pro 256/8 for almost 3 weeks, its a perfect phone with nothing to complain about, however today these dark lines started appearing on the 12.5mp main camera, but upon closer inspection, i noticed it appears on all cameras when i use OIS (shaking the phone or pressing to focus on a specific area). what could have caused this?
