Diagnosed with Endo n MFI. Please suggest doctors in and around financial district
Have been getting treated by a good doc but not sure on how is she with ivf so need someone with great experience given the amount of money invested.
Endo is possible at stag 3 as per mri and have low amh
Have had 3 failed cycles of iui
36F from Hyderabad. TTC for a while and recently got my pelvic MRI results showing bilateral ovarian endometriomas (right ~3.7 cm), “kissing ovaries” with adhesions, and low AMH (~0.7 six months back). No major pain symptoms though.
Doctor says endometriosis may be affecting fertility, but I’m confused whether to go directly for IVF or consider surgery first. MRI thankfully does not show major bowel involvement.
Would really appreciate hearing from anyone in Hyderabad with a similar endometriosis + low AMH situation:
Did you conceive naturally / IUI / IVF?
Did you do endo surgery before IVF or skip it?
Which IVF/fertility clinics or doctors in Hyderabad genuinely helped you?
