
The Saturday race vs Sunday morning recovery…😅
Hit my hardest effort of the week on Saturday with a 14.8 strain, which also happened to be my lowest recovery day at 56.
Still, I managed to average 71 recovery and hit a perfect 7/7 active days for the week. Big win for me: my best 28-day average climbed to 81, which is 9 points higher than this week.
Time to listen to my body, hold the rhythm, and focus on a smooth week ahead. How did everyone else's weekly training wrap up?
