First year 2 gallon blueberry plant - looking great

Bought in May this year, planned to repotted it soon afterwards, but got delayed since I don't have proper soil mix for it at the time, and then I planned to repot it maybe after I eat all the berries. It really surprised me in a good way this year with a big harvest and doubling growth. Definitely will repot it soon in few weeks since I have everything ready for it now.

Lower back/leg Pain caused by adenomyosis or lumbar stenosis?

I was diagnosed with lumbar spinal stenosis 8 years ago, and I've had chronic lower back and SI joint pain ever since. It got to the point where I specifically asked for an MRI to check my SI joints... and tada—I ended up being diagnosed with adenomyosis instead. 😂

My pain specialist insists my lower back pain has nothing to do with my uterus, and I'm scheduled for an epidural injection this week. I'm honestly skeptical based on my own experience. My back pain seemed much more closely linked to my menstrual cycle—it flares during my period week (has nothing to do whether i bent forward or backwards, walk or rest). I've managed to suppress my periods for the past two months using birth control pills, and my back pain has noticeably improved (i would say 30% better). This week the pills seems lost its magic and I have cramps all the time and back pain is now picking up too (because of adenomyosis I would assume).

I'll still go ahead with the epidural injection, partly because I want to rule things out and see whether it makes any difference.

How many years do you think I can put my blue berry plant in a 50l container (18' in diameter and 12' in height)?

It is a 1st year bonus blueberry plant. I am planning to re-pot it after eating all the berries. Current pot is about 9inches in diameter.

Newly diagnosed at 53 — frustrations with the Canadian healthcare system

My diagnosis was incidentally identified on an MRI that was performed due to chronic lower back and sacroiliac (SI) joint pain that I have had for approximately eight years. Following this finding, my family physician referred me for a pelvic ultrasound. Below are the ultrasound findings, quoted exactly from the report:

Uterus: Mildly heterogeneous myometrium, may indicate adenomyosis.
Endometrium: Unremarkable, 9.8 mm.

I paid an additional fee at the front desk to obtain copies of the ultrasound images for my own records. From the images, I was able to see more detailed information such as measurements. The uterine measurements shown were 9.23 × 6.91 × 4.41 cm. While the uterus does not appear markedly enlarged, my own review of publicly available references suggests this may fall within the mild to moderate enlargement range. However, uterine size was not specifically commented on in the written report.

Additionally, my ultrasound requisition from my family physician specifically noted “incidentally found adenomyosis and ovarian cyst.” My understanding is that without this information included on the requisition, these findings may not have been specifically assessed or commented on, as this has occurred previously during an ultrasound performed last year for an unrelated reason.

I find it frustrating that annual bloodwork clearly categorizes values as normal or abnormal, such as blood sugar or cholesterol, while imaging findings are often labeled “unremarkable” even when measurements are borderline or omitted entirely. Borderline diabetes would never be described that way.
