I’m watching the ENARSI course videos , currently on preventing loop mechanicsms , and it seems like he jumps right in without really an introduction to the topic . Should I rewatch the ccna course videos to touch up on topics I have forgotten or does he go over them

If I am stationed overseas and I get a remote SKB, can I go back home stateside to do it ? Will I get paid BAH for stateside ? Tia!
