This is a new noise that only recently started getting louder (last night was super loud but the noise has been there for a week just quiet)

This video was taken when the car was parked but the engine was on. The noise gets louder when the wheel is turned? The tires still turn like normal and everything just the noise is concerning

So I checked my phone this morning and it said I had 4 hours on this random website (Imasdk.googleapis.com) I’ve never been on. However when I go to pickups there was nothing. Futhermore, I was asleep the entire time?! How is this happening? Is my phone hacked or something

Also it tried to do an update overnight, could that have been what caused it?
