Grace before meals?

Do you say grace before you eat every time? I rarely remember until after I’ve finished eating. Then I say a little prayer in my head but I feel ungrateful that I don’t think of God first and thank him before I eat.

I’m trying to get in the habit but it’s hard. It’s making me realize how I tend to wolf down my food so automatically. I’d like to be more mindful when eating generally.

If anyone has tips or tricks to remember to pray before eating, I’d appreciate it.

Growing for the first time

I’m growing 2 plants in my garden for the first time. I’ve been smoking weed on and off for 40 years, but this is my first experience growing. I love these freaking plants! They are so big and beautiful, so easy to grow and they have such nice vibes. They are getting huge and I haven’t really done much of anything to take care of them. I just admire them.

I hope I get some big buds (I see them starting) but even if I don’t, I’m so glad I got to grow them and get to know the plant itself.

It’s sad we have rejected such a useful and beautiful plant. It’s a gift from God and yet people fear and hate it. I’m giving these plants love. They deserve to be appreciated.
