hi guys, im just looking for some clarity lol-- js to preface i wouldnt rly have wanted to go to the gala either way but anyhow:

i saw in this reddit thread that many ppl who got vhc or above got emails sent to their referees urging them to attend their gala

while i dont have my referee's email, i communicate them often and they never mentioned an email of this sorts. so i kinda didnt rly expect anything lol

but i js opened my awards portal, and i got a very high commendation in public policy this year??? did anyone else who won vhc not recieve an email informing them in advance?
