Can someone tell me when is this Jobin guy going to appear?
Currently on chapter 15.
I feel like he's either going to be a major ally or just the main villain / someone related to the main villain.

I'm reading JoJolion through JoJo's Coloured Adventure, but, there are some parts that just feel off.
Like you read one panel and the next one is talking about something completely different.
If you want to search, I'm currently on chapter 13, so search around when Daiyo has been defeated, few chapters ago.
Is it missing any page or it's just that I found stuff hard to comprehend?
