My Experience!

My Experience!

Hi guys! I got my nexplanon inserted about 4 days ago and I wanted to give my experience!!

I will say, it definitely depends on who implants your nexplanon. My doc was amazing and even had a second person there just incase anything went wrong

. The lidocane was uncomfortable mostly because of how long it took to numb the area, but if normal vaccines and such dont bother you much, this'll only sting a bit.

The insertion itself was normal! I was comfortable the whole time, just very terrified because I knew what was happening at the moment!

I've had absolutely no pain since the lidocane wore off, and I was terrified of it hurting a lot, so its been nothing but positive!

I also saw that a lot of people got horrible bruises from the procedure, but bruising was very minimal for me!

Right now its been nothing but amazing, so I just wanted to post this! I know that most people who post in this sub are people with negative experiences, and I wanted to say it will really depend on you as a person, and your doctors! Do research for sure, if you can pick your doc, go for it!

Getting Nexplanon in 2hrs, worried!

Hi guys! Im currently on the road of getting nexplanon and I'm terrified of the sorenwss after, I work near full time and do moderate lifting. Although its not very heavy, I am scared that it'll affect my performance, and I'm not in a spot to be able to call out right now. Any experiences with pain? Please let me know!

I mostly carry heavy dishes and wash them, would that be a major problem?

So, I think im screwed

For academic warning they give you s module to complete and in the beginning of the semester id shrug it off because there was absolutely nothing on it. Now Its saying I have everything incomplete and theyre all locked 😭 What should I do in this scenario?
