Any good franchising podcasts anyone would recommend?

We hear from the horror stories and nay sayers. I want to hear franchisee success stories. Anything anyone is willing to share?

Anyone have any experience with The Entrepreneur’s Source? They have reached out to me and I’ve had 2 conversations with them and not sure if it’s legit or worth continuing with them? Want to make sure I’m not getting into the bed with the devil here.

I have been at my current company for 4.5 years as an HR department of one. I’ve had prior experience at larger companies and have 11 years of HR experience total. My current company has struggled financially. They are half the size since I started (revenue and headcount). The ownership team recently took pay cuts but that is not enough to get the company back to good financial health. I figured I better start looking before things get worse. I currently have an offer for a very large well known, established company as a Benefits Manager managing and leading the benefits team. I’m nervous of going into a specialty versus more of a generalist. I’ve been in a Director seat and on the leadership team at my current company. I’m debating what looks better on my resume. I was also thinking this could be a foot in the door to continue growing if something in benefits isn’t satisfying. For what it’s worth, this is a 15% salary increase but has worse PTO and less flexibility than my current role.

To make it even more difficult, I have been interviewing for another company as an HR Director as the highest HR person at the company managing a team of 8. The issue is I have to respond to my other offer before I finish this process and it makes me nervous to turn down something I know I have an offer for for a chance at this.

Any thoughts or opinions?
