Watering

I’m just a little confused as to how to actually water I know I have to split up at least two of these the green one top right and the left one next to the big green one in the middle. As for the one under the big green one in the middle, it’s not showing too many signs of being as wrinkled as the others. Could I even move these to water because the top green has maybe a few roots but none of them are long. It instantly falls out of the soil if not secured properly. I am moving this week and I don’t currently have any pots to move any of these two but I have water bottles I can make a quick pot out of. Should I only have lava rock and some regular cactus soil as the mix? I’ve seen so many organic and inorganic things. It’s a little confusing. Do I need more lava rock in my soil of course there is perlite added too. Thank you for any advice. It is appreciated.

Any tips for thrips? I got this plant. It literally is the most expensive plant that I own and have ever owned. It came with Millie bugs and the other day I seen a thrip on it. I have never dealt with thrips-

This is her before and after I gave her a haircut, I haven’t seen any other bugs after I showered, and then neem oiled. I have done this three times in the past month. Is there anything else that I can be doing ? -systemics have been added to soil.
