My jaw keeps clicking every time I open my mouth now and I don’t know what to do anymore. I’ve had TMJ for a while and usually I can deal with it but lately it’s been getting worse. I use a pain gel from ketro skin since it’s topical and helps when the tightness gets bad, but it doesn’t stop the clicking. Has this happened to anyone else? Starting to worry a little ngl
