Admin Credential: Opinions wanted

I am considering going back to school to get my Admin Credential. Has anyone here done that? If so, was the ROI worth it? Stress wise? Work life balance? Etc...

I recently started the new school year at a completely new district. One of the admin at my school has made it quite clear in every meeting that they were desperately trying to return back to the classroom this school year, but somehow this opportunity came up and they took it (this district pays well). I have never seen this person smile. They look glum everyday. Someone they work alongside is a nervous wreck and completely frazzled everytime I come in contact with them. Overall, they both look miserable. My mother was also an Admin for a time and she too returned to the classroom before she retired.

Any opinions on whether its worth it? Whether the need for qualified Admins will grow in the future?

I was complaining to a friend recently about adult acne and how I'm breaking out in places I have never broke out before. Like my cheeks. And she sent me this. How eye opening! And in fact my sinuses have been terrible for over a month now. Which makes sense that my cheeks have more bumps.

Also it makes me realize that my internal gut health is something I need to prioritize. Which of course I knew, but if I can see a vast improvement with my face that would be great as well!
