Hormone therapy

Saw the radiological oncologist today. Ralp in January. Neck invasion no lymph involvement, 3+4. Psa .2 up from .1. He wants to do 7 weeks radiation. He is suggesting hormone therapy as well for 6 months. Says it helps radiation by 6%. He said if we didnt want to do hormone therapy he would be comfortable with that but it is still his preference. Any thoughts?

Rising psa

With a family history of prostate cancer and a 4+4 on some samples my husband did ralp in January his post surgery psa went down to 0.2. His recent psa is 0.29. His surgeon was positive he got it all. Do I assume he now will need radiation?
